Yoga For Busy Moms
Yoga is the perfect way to improve your overall health, distress, gain a better ability to focus and find a fitness routine that you truly enjoy. Designed for both the beginner and experienced practitioner each lesson is intended to give busy moms a chance to slow down and focus on a mind-body connection that they may otherwise neglect with the demands of day to day life. Each lesson is designed with a different emphasis, ranging from relaxation to upper and lower body focus. You’ll learn that with just 30 minutes at home, you can find time to listen to your body and give it the muscle stretch, quiet time and full workout it needs. Features different levels for a variety of skill levels which can be adjusted based on personal strength and flexibility. Taught and instructed by Livia Taylor, a long time student and teacher of yoga. Each program is designed to complement other parts of your workout too. If you’re a runner, there’s a class to help open the hips. If you lift weights, there’s a class to help maintain range of motion and open the shoulders. If you’re looking for a pick-me-up, there’s a class to help you find energy to get through the rest of the day. All classes are suitable for beginners as well as advanced levels.
